IE Not Supported.

I was surprised when today I followed a link from Lifehacker and came upon this information bar popup:

Is it really ok to let people add their own messages to the information bar in IE?

I don't think it's the actual info bar so much as it's a div that he hides/shows based on what IE you have (looking at his source, it doesn't look like he displays it if you're running IE7). That's definitely a creative way to promote Firefox though...

Wow it fooled me. I wouldn't say that it is creative way to promote Firefox, more of a dirty trick since his page worked fine in IE.
